EnerStar CCS

EnerStar CCS is the oil and gas containment division of EnerStar Solutions, supplying containment equipment on both a rental and a sales basis across North America. The division states it serves regions from Texas to Oklahoma and New Mexico, and names high-pressure flow-line restraint systems among its containment product lines. Remote worksite services

Equipment rentals

Rental equipment is drawn from the company fleet and from third-party suppliers EnerStar brokers on a customer's behalf. Surface pumps run in 4, 6, and 8 inch sizes from Sage, Goodwin, and CAT, alongside 8 inch discharge submersible pumps with variable speed hydraulic drive that can be bolted into a pipeline or run as a booster.

Wheel loaders are offered in Case 521G and 921G and John Deere 544 and 744 models. The SuperVac unit comes skidded or trailer based, with five vacuum connection points, 3 inch hose, 15 psi vacuum, and a 30 minute run time with automatic shut-off. Frac tanks, flock tanks, pipe racks, and mud vacs round out the surface rental list.

Lighting and matting

LED light towers come in 8 KW, 20 KW, and stadium configurations, reaching up to 82 feet with a 180 to 360 degree light pattern and over one million lumens. The company states setup takes about 15 minutes and that towers run on generator or line power.

Matting covers rig mats, crane mats, 3 ply CLT access matting, interlocking CLT matting, and steel interlocking matting, with pipeline crossing and custom ground bearing configurations. EnerStar handles laydown and pickup, and analyzes equipment loads against ground support pressure when configuring a mat plan.

Communications and logistics

EnerStar is an authorized Starlink reseller and installer, selling equipment and managing monthly data, with fixed site, in-motion, and maritime service options alongside LTE and mobile tower packages. A round-the-clock network operations center and support hotline handle monitoring and remote diagnostics, and the company reports more than 8,000 Starlink systems installed.

The logistics arm arranges heavy haul, route planning, loading and unloading, and DOT, county, and state permits for oversized loads. The company describes its logistics team as having over 50 years of industry experience across North America.
