Permian Tank & Manufacturing, which operates under the Permian Tank and PermianLide brands, is an Odessa-based manufacturer of above-ground storage and processing equipment for the energy sector. Founded in 1976, the company brings more than four decades of experience building both industry-standard and custom-designed modular solutions, from storage tanks to above-ground processing equipment for oil and gas operations. Headquartered in the Permian Basin, Permian Tank operates multiple manufacturing facilities and distribution centers across Texas and supplies operators in every major U.S. play. The company also builds equipment supporting energy transition initiatives, extending its production capabilities beyond traditional oilfield storage. Acquired by New Permian Holdco in 2020, it continues to manufacture from its West Texas base at the heart of the basin it is named for.
