Wylie Sprayers

Wylie Sprayers is the equipment business of Wylie & Son, Inc., an agricultural equipment manufacturer and farm and industrial equipment dealer with two Lubbock locations, an implement store and a spray center. Loy Wylie began building herbicide sprayers for West Texas farmers in 1964, and the business now manufactures its own sprayer and water trailer lines while dealing Case IH, New Holland and other equipment through 13 retail locations across Texas and Oklahoma. A Rio Grande Valley location is the most recent addition.

In the fall of 2025, Scot Wylie, chief executive for 36 years, announced his retirement and the sale of the family's entire ownership stake to the Wylie & Son Employee Stock Ownership Plan Trust, making the company employee-owned. Jason Fisher has since been named president and chief executive officer.

Sprayers and application equipment

Wylie builds spray equipment for crop and pasture application, and also carries the Case IH Patriot self-propelled sprayer. Manufactured lines include:

• Spray Wyng field sprayers and Spray Wyng II three-point spray booms
• Row Wyng boom sprayers
• VersaTrail pull-type and dual precision sprayers
• HCS pasture sprayers, including the HCS-T500 and HCS Pasture Pro
• LCS pasture sprayers, including the LCS-800GD ground drive model
• 1600 spray trailers

Water trailers and water wagons

The Wylie Express water wagon line runs 550, 800, 1,025, 1,600 and 2,010 gallon capacities, with a high pressure version of the 2,010 gallon unit. The company describes the Express water wagons as the industry standard for water trailers. Related Express trailers cover potable drinking water, water distribution, combo units, pressure washing, hot pressure washing and fire control.

Stated applications include dust control, irrigation support, livestock operations and job site water supply across agricultural, construction and industrial settings.

Tractors and other product lines

Compact, utility and full-size tractors are sold for hauling, mowing, land preparation and field work, including Case IH Magnum and Farmall models and New Holland PowerStar and WORKMASTER series. Beyond tractors and sprayers, the catalog covers agricultural implements and tools, application electronics, polyethylene tanks, nurse trailers, lawn and small acreage equipment, and parts and service.
